Celebrating a momentous occasion as our trainees, Alan, George and Kai Qing, successfully graduated with the Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) in Arboriculture and Horticulture! The work-and-learn model, co-designed with ITE, seamlessly integrates real-life examples and industry experience into a structured curriculum. This approach empowers trainees to apply their learning immediately upon entering the field, fostering continuous improvement.
