Celebrating a momentous occasion as our trainees, Alan, George and Kai Qing, successfully graduated with the Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) in Arboriculture and Horticulture! The work-and-learn model, co-designed with ITE, seamlessly integrates real-life examples and industry experience into a structured curriculum. This approach empowers trainees to apply their learning immediately upon entering the field, fostering continuous improvement. As we aspire to support our staff in advancing their skills and knowledge, we believe that the WSDip at ITE serves as an excellent avenue for cultivating expertise within our workforce.
