The Tembusu

An environmentally conscious estate, The Tembusu is set to be the most iconic project in the Kovan enclosure with its majestic architecture. With vertical filaments of creepers and vines intertwined around the entire development, residents are treated to a novel living experience where greenery is right at their very doorsteps.

Residents can also look forward to Sky Links on the 6th and 12th floors that connect all five blocks, creating terraces and a series of communal spaces that are enhanced with greenery from Reading Corners, Sky Club play zones, Fitness Corners, Recreation Corners, Relaxation Alcoves and Art, Lounge, Entertainment and Observatory Decks.
